1. Can I order Oulu2026 merchandise abroad?
Yes, we also ship internationally, but the ordering process is slightly different: If you’d like to order Oulu2026 products abroad, send us a message at press(a)oulu2026.eu, and we will handle the order from there. International shipping costs will be added to the product price.es, however international shipping costs vary depending on the contents, weight, and chosen delivery method of your order. You will be informed in advance what the shipping costs will be.

      2. Can Oulu2026 products be purchased elsewhere?
Yes! Our products are sold at Oulu10, located at Torikatu 10, 9010. We will also open a small shop in 2026. Black Oulu2026 T-shirts are also available at the Oulu Market Hall, at the Oulu Tourist Information point.

      3. What should I do if I receive the wrong or a damaged product?
Oh no! If you notice that the product doesn’t match your order or has been damaged during transport, please contact us within seven (7) days by sending an email to oulu10@ouka.fi. We’ll sort it out together.

      4. Can I return or exchange a product?
Of course! You have a 14-day right to return or exchange products. Please ensure that the product and its packaging are in the same condition as when received. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is due to our error.

      5. How do I make a return in practice?
You can return a product by bringing it to the Oulu city centre service point (Torikatu 10) or by mailing it to Torikatu 10, 90100 Oulu. Before returning, please contact us via email at oulu10@ouka.fi and include your order number, contact information, and any delivery slip or order confirmation.

Refunds are always issued back to the payment method used for the original purchase. If that payment method is no longer valid, the payment operator (Paytrail Oy) will handle the process of confirming the correct account number for the refund.

      Exhibition tickets

      1. Why do I need to reserve a ticket for the exhibitions if they are free of charge?
This allows us to keep track of visitor numbers, as some exhibition spaces have a limit on the number of visitors at the same time.

      2. Why can I only book 20-minute time slots in the calendar?
This is the arrival time for the exhibitions. We can only admit a certain number of visitors at once so that everyone can explore the artworks at a relaxed pace.

      3. How long can I stay in the exhibitions?
You may spend time in the exhibitions freely within the opening hours. The recommended visiting time is approximately 1–1.5 hours.

      4. I didn’t receive my ticket by email—what should I do?
Check your spam folder, as the email may have ended up there. You can also contact us at info@oulu2026.eu.

      5. Can I just go to the City Hall and enter the exhibition?
You must reserve a ticket before visiting the exhibition at City Hall. On-site customer service staff can assist you with the reservation if there is availability at that time.

      6. Can I reserve tickets for a group?
You can reserve up to 6 tickets at a time. For larger groups, you can inquire at bookings@oulu2026.eu.
